Founder of Conjure Craft Chocolate Marjory Rockwell has followed her passion for quality chocolate and patisserie all over the globe, from Ottawa to Kenya, and now to Asheville. After receiving her Diplome de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Ottawa, Marjory studied the art and science of chocolate making in Kenya. She settled in Asheville, where she now crafts small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolates, wrapped in beautiful handmade and recycled materials.
